A MUSIC festival celebrating orchestral, choral and chamber music is set to return to a town’s events calendar.
St Mary’s Church in Horsham is hosting the English Music Festival later this month.
It will be the 14th time the festival will be held at the church.
It is the latest among many venues hoping to welcome back visitors, and organisers want to make a big impression again this year.
Coronavirus rules will change on May 17 to allow venues such as pubs and restaurants to reopen with social distancing measures.
Churches, art galleries and theatres can also begin to reopen.
Organisers said: “Live music returns this spring bank holiday weekend when St Mary’s Church, Horsham welcomes the English Music Festival for its fourteenth celebration.
“It is an annual discovery of orchestral, choral and chamber music gems by British composers.”
The New Foxtrot Serenaders and baritone singer Roderick Williams will be among those performing.
The event runs from May 28th to 31. For more information visit: www.englishmusicfestival.org.uk
