SHOT DEAD: Xhem Krasiniqi
A man is due to stand trial at Lewes Crown Court on Monday charged with shooting dead a father-of-two.
Scaffold Xhem Krasniqi, 31, an Albanian national living in Kent, suffered a single bullet wound and died in hospital after being shot in Church Road, Hove, on May 18.
Edmund Nela, also 31, of no fixed abode, denies murder, two counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm.
Mr Nela has been remanded in custody.
