Two suspected burglars have been remanded in custody.
David Lown and William Gunn, both 22, jobless and of no fixed address, appeared before Brighton magistrates on Saturday, February 1.
They are charged with two burglaries at the same basement flat in Russell Square, Brighton.
The burglaries took place last month. During both burglaries items including an Apple Mac laptop computer, a Cartier watch, designer bags, clothing and jewellery, plus the keys to a Saab convertible car were stolen.
Neither man entered a plea to the burglary charges and the case was sent to Lewes Crown Court where they are set to appear on February 24.
