Well done, Dad, you're a hero!
You spotted the man in flames, during a church committee meeting, which is normally held at another church.
You raced down the stairs and extinguished the flames using your coat and getting the man to the ground.
You will be 80 in June - amazing!!!
Well done again to you and those who helped.
Hope the man makes a good recovery.
