People with massive balls sprint on beach

The Argus: People with massive balls sprint on beach People with massive balls sprint on beach

People with massive balls will be sprinting up and down a beach for charity.

The annual Big Balls event once again comes to Brighton Beach with the aim of raising money for testicular, penile and prostate cancer research through Cancer Research UK.

Participants will be given a numbered shirt and with matching numbered big red balls under each arm will run the 3k pebbled course.

However, it won’t be easy for the runners as they will face a gauntlet of flowerbombs, water bombs and a crack team of ninjas on the way.

Those taking part must finish the race still carrying two balls.

Dave Samuel, organiser, said: “This is a great way of getting blokes to start conversation about their bloke bits – having a laugh over a very serious issue and helping preserve their downstairs tackle.” The race will start at the Big Beach Cafe at Hove Lagoon which will also be providing a Big Balls breakfast and lunch.

The event starts at 9am today.

I'm surprised the word BALLS has not been banned in our politically correct society at the moment.

Don't be silly! Jason and Caroline only turn up where there are protesters, travellers or the like. They don't turn up where decent people do worthwhile activities.

As a matter of fact Caroline is taking part in the 10km Stonewall charity walk in Brighton today.

Is there anyone left in the Argus newsroom? Tims gone, John's sort of gone. Or has Brighton run out of stories?
