BRIGHTON and Hove City Council has started legal action to remove a traveller site from Stanmer Park.
A possession order was obtained by the council from the county court on Tuesday, May 13 after the unauthorised site developed in the area.
The council confirmed it was now taking steps for an eviction to be carried out if the families fail to leave voluntarily.
