Witnesses are being urged to come forward after a garage break-in.

The garage in Lower Waites Lane, Fairlight, was targeted between 3.30pm on May 22 and 11am on May 27.

Although no items were stolen, the lock to the garage had been broken.

Any witnesses should call police on 101 or email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 1299 of 27/5.

Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Both mine and another neighbouring garage (Fraser court, Shoreham) were broken into on Mother's day evening between 7.30pm and 10pm and about £1000 of stuff was nicked from mine and a few hundred quids worth from the neighbour. Thieves must have had a van because of the items they took.

Wasn't reported in the Argus though - must be a slow news day.
