A PUB has raised more than £5,000 for a charitable trust in memory of one of its staff.
The White Hart at Stopham Bridge in Pulborough has donated the money raised in the name of Jenny Hossack to Lodge Hill.
This is a nearby outdoor education and activity centre for schools, youth groups and adults.
It will go towards the cost of establishing Jenny's Enchanted Garden, a specially-designed part of the centre's new adventure trail.
It will be a magical, sensory fairy-tale area and ideal for people with profound disabilities.
Pub owners Chris and Sharon Sinfield presented a cheque to Lodge Hill operations manager Paul Catt and activities manager Nick Turner.
