A NEW online system will make it easier for people needing help to get the support they need.
The Wealden and Eastbourne branches of the Citizens Advice Bureau have launched the service at www.eastsussexcab. co.uk.
People will be able to use the online advice section for information to help them resolve their problems or they can submit an enquiry.
The enquiry will be emailed to the person's local bureau, which will either send links to the relevant information, give advice over the phone or arrange an appointment.
Wealden CAB chief executive Caroline Mack said: “Online advice is a natural progression for our bureaux.
“It will help us improve access for our clients and will be particularly useful for people in full-time employment or for anyone else having difficulty accessing advice.”
