A defibrillator machine from outside a veterinary centre in East Sussex has been interfered with.
The defibrillator machine, which was on the outside wall of the Senlac Veterinary Centre on Robertsbridge High Street, was removed sometime between Monday and 3:30pm on Tuesday.
The machine was later found undamaged in a hedge by a member of the public.
Inspector James Scott said: "Defibrillator machines are potential life saving pieces of equipment which are often fitted in exterior public locations for members of the public to access if needed.
"Vandalism, theft, or deliberate misuse of one of these machines will not be tolerated and we will always investigate incidents of this nature."
