THE SECOND-EVER Trans Pride event will be held in Brighton this weekend.
The groundbreaking trans-friendly celebration kicks off tonight with a film event at the Duke of York’s cinema before a jam-packed schedule of events tomorrow and Sunday.
Tonight’s event will feature filmmaking talent, themes and actors and includes short documentaries, films and music videos from across the trans spectrum.
Tomorrow, a parade through St James’s Street, accompanied by a samba band, will lead to New Steine Gardens for Trans Pride in the Park. The parade will meet outside the Marlborough Pub, 4 Princes Street, at 11.30am.
