A HOSPICE is hoping to have raised tens of thousands of pounds from a night-time fundraising walk.
Scores of people of all ages took part in the seventh annual Sleep Walk in aid of St Peter and St James Hospice in North Chailey last month.
The 10km walk took place on the streets of Haywards Heath and Lindfield and was marshalled by more than 60 volunteers.
It started and finished at the Dolphin leisure centre in Haywards Heath, with walkers given a well-deserved breakfast and a memento when they finished.
Hospice events and publicity officer Marie Robson said: “Thank you to everyone who turned out in style and made the evening so special.”
