Witnesses are being sought to a suspected break-in.
Police were called to reports of men trying to force their way into a home in Eriswell Road, Worthing, at 9am on August 2.
Officers arrived to find three men in the street, one of whom, a local 24-year old, had sustained a small cut to his head which did not require hospital treatment.
One of the men ran from the officers and has not been traced. He is described as being in his early 20s, 6' tall, of slim build with short, dark hair. He was wearing black jogging bottoms and a grey hoodie or jacket.
Two local men, aged 32 and 26, were arrested on suspicion of affray and were released on police bail until September 3 while enquiries continue.
