A man has been arrested after teenage girls reported being approached and in one case touched by the driver of a blue car.
Following the incidents in Brighton a 24-year-old man from Hove was arrested on suspicion of the sexual assault of a female in Tongdean Lane on August 6 and using using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Ladies Mile Road on August 5.
He was bailed until August 24.
