A bare chested man and another wearing a dark hooded top are being sought over a burglary.
Intruders broke into the house in Yapton Road, Middleton-on-Sea, at 2.45pm on July 30 - a number of items were moved but police say it is not yet clear what was taken.
Two men were seen acting suspiciously in the area at the time of the incident.
The first is described as a white man, aged late teens to early 20s, more than 6' and of slim build with dark hair. He was bare chested and believed to be wearing grey jogging bottoms and may of had a tattoo on the inside of his arm.
The second is described as a white man, aged late teens to early 20s. He was wearing a dark hooded top.
Detective Constable Della Squires said: "Please get in contact with us if you were in the area and saw or heard anything suspicious. Also if you have any information which could help us with our enquires we would like to speak to you."
