An MP and Government minister wants to close a loophole that allowed a pub to open at a motorway service site.
A JD Wetherspoon was able to open earlier this year at the M40 Beaconsfield services.
Lewes MP Norman Baker said the service station pub was in danger of implying that drinking and driving was “any way acceptable”.
