Thomas Raymond Clarke, 26, c/o Chatsworth Court, Riverside Road, Shoreham, admitted drink-driving along the Kingsway, Hove. He was banned from driving for a year, fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Katherine Anne Kingshott, 29, of Fraser Court, Buci Crescent, Shoreham, admitted drink-driving a Mercedes in Eaton Grove, Brighton. She was fined £240 and ordered to pay a £24 victim surcharge and £85 costs. She was also banned from driving for 18 months.

Daniel Mark James, 30, of Corbyn Crescent, Shoreham, pleaded guilty to keeping an untaxed Vauxhall on the road. Fined £125, plus back duty of £20.84 and costs of £90.

Daniel Robert Robertson, 25, of Albion Street, Southwick, pleaded guilty to stealing perfume, worth £142.40 from Beales, two bottles of rose wine, worth £14.98 from Tesco, bottles of spirits from Asda. Jailed for ten weeks, ordered to pay compensation of £323.86, including for other offences taken into consideration.

Paul Goadby, 49, of Southdown Road, Southwick, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Given a 12-month conditional discharge. Ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Leanne Constable, 30, of Glebelands Close, Shoreham, pleaded guilty to failing to report an accident. Fined £110, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with eight points.

Nicholas Pigott, 43, of Ullswater Road, Sompting, Lancing, was convicted in his absence of keeping an untaxed Citroen. Fined £700 plus vehicle excise back duty of £255 and costs of £90.

Paul Smails, 67, of Golden Sands East, Brighton Road, Lancing, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with an off-road declaration. Fined £400 plus vehicle excise back duty of £150 and £90 costs.

Sharon Wilson, 48, of Orient Road, Lancing, was found guilty of assault by beating. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and restraining order. Ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £775 costs.

Samuel Joshua Measor, 20, of Nelson Close, Sompting, pleaded guilty to sending via public electronic communications network a message which he knew to be false for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety. Fined £220 plus £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
