Volunteers are needed to clear out stones from a paddling pool after a successful funding bid.
Saltdean Lido Community Interest Company is looking for volunteers to clear pebbles out of their paddling pool so a consultant can inspect it on Monday morning.
The group won £50,000 from the People’s Millions this week allowing them to reopen the pool next summer.
Volunteers are asked to bring shovels, wheelbarrows and buckets to the lido from 10am and 12.30pm his Sunday. A farmers’ market and car boot sale scheduled for Saturday at the historic site has been cancelled due to high winds.
