ABERFOYLE man Kelvin Kennedy was fined #250 at Stirling Sheriff Court
yesterday after he admitted displaying a tax disc on his car which
belonged to another vehicle.
The court was told that when police stopped Kennedy, 22, of The
Rectory, Main Street, they saw him pull the tax disc from the windscreen
and try to swallow it. Defence agent Virgil Crawford said Kennedy had
paid #30 for the disc.
