CHEVERTON Patricia Ann Passed away at home on 17th May 2016. A dearly loved Mother, Sister, Nan and Great-Nan, who will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place at St Josephs Church, Elm Grove, Brighton on 3rd June at 10.30, followed by interment.
