BARRY SMART Our family is deeply saddened to inform you of the death of Barry Smart on Friday, 25th November. A service will be held at Worthing Crematorium at 10:20am on Monday, 12th December followed by a celebration of his life at The Duke of Wellington in Shoreham-by-Sea from approximately 12:00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the 'British Heart Foundation' c/o Ian Hart Funeral Directors.
