PATRICIA SMART Passed away peacefully, On the 6th of May 2018, aged 84 years. Much loved Wife, Mother and Grandmother. The service will be held at Woodvale Crematorium in the South Chapel at 14:30 on Wednesday 23rd May. Please wear bright colours. Family flowers only.
