GREEN Adam 11-12-1996 to 10-05-12 The gorgeous son and brother of Daniel, Julie and Sophie lost his brave and courageous battle and went to sleep at home on the 10th May 2012. A Service to celebrate his life will be held at St. John’s Church, Burgess Hill on Monday, 21st May at 2:30 p.m. All welcome. No black ties. Family flowers only and any donations to Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust should be sent via Ian Hart Funeral Service Ltd., 92-94 Broadwater Street West, Worthing, West Sussex BN14 9DE.
