  BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (AS AMENDED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING AND LAND ACT 1980 S118 SCHEDULE 23) PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF LAND In pursuance of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 Brighton & Hove City Council hereby give notice of their intention to grant a Lease for seven years of two pieces of land of approximately 5 metres by 4 metres and 4 metres by 3 metres respectively at Wish Park Sports Pavilion Aldrington Recreation Ground Wish Road Hove BN3 4LF to Mark Nicholas and Carla Poretti as an external seating area and a refuse area shown coloured green and coloured blue respectively in connection with a café in part of Wish Park Sports Pavilion Wish Road Hove BN3 4LF. A plan showing the location of the said land is available at King’s House, Grand Avenue, Hove and Brighton Town Hall between 9.00 hours and 17.00 hours Monday to Friday inclusive.
