BBC News presenter Nicholas Owen paid a quick visit to Brighton to help promote The Argus Appeal Christmas cards.

Each set of cards includes pictures of snowy Sussex scenes that have been taken by our photographers.

Nicholas, who is a patron of the appeal, was in town to urge people to snap up the cards and help support good causes across Sussex.

Every penny from the sale of the cards will go The Argus Appeal because the people who sell them do not charge the charity and the printing is supported by Legal and General.

The cards can be bought at the customer service desk in Churchill Square, selected branches of Forfars shops, 1 Stop Travel in St James’s St and Brighton Station and the Brighton and Hove Bus Company head office, in Conway Street, Hove.

They are also available at Argus House in Crowhurst Road, Hollingbury, and online at www.theargus.co.uk/store.
