Forbes Coleman, local music scene

Forbes Coleman is an all-round musician, skilled producer, creative song writer and natural live sound engineer.

Having been involved with music from a very early age, Forbes started taking music seriously from the age of twelve; taking drum lessons, teaching himself guitar, he wrote his first song aged 13 and has been developing ever since.

Now aged 25, Forbes has a wealth of experience both in the studio and in live situations in front of and behind the mixing desk.

Having worked out of studios such as Courtyard Studios (Radiohead, Stereophonics) and Southern Studios (Buzzcocks, PJ Harvey), Forbes is planning his own studio with engineer and producer Jez Larder (Estelle, Amy Macdonald), AudioBeach Studios.

Forbes is also the owner and creative force behind the FC Music Project, the one-stop production and design service for bands, solo artists, TV producers and film makers.
