I’m 63 and crippled with arthritis, but I used to lead a very active life. Before I married I worked full time. As a mum I worked part-time followed by 23 years of working in the voluntary sector. Now everything has to be done from home as the joints are always inflamed and fingers toes hips and knees are changing shape. Oh well!
