Katie and Peter - Do we need 'Another Chapter'?

I have always been a very big fan of Jordan, aka Katie Price. I am not sure what it was about the double G breasted girl, but I just liked her. Maybe it is the Jewish connection (her grandmother was Jewish and so was mine. I, however, kept my nose), but these days I can't bear to see 'another chapter' of her break up with Pete splashed all over the papers.

I was at university when she went into the jungle for the first time and I watched with eager anticipation, knowing with some sort of ESP that my girl would not let me down. She came across really well and all of my flat mates could suddenly see why I liked her.

Then she and Pete began their romance, the whole time in the public eye. I certainly thought it to be a bit of a fairy tale (in true Jordan style) and when it ended, with us all watching, I was gutted.

Jordan has been tabloid fodder since she was about 18 – bringing the press into her life through glamour modelling and Page Three. Then came the reality TV shows, the countless 'OK' magazine deals and some outrageous behaviour, but 'enough already'. Now that her relationship has fallen apart the papers can't wait to find out 'what Katie did next' and the 'next chapter' of their dramatic break up.

I am not saying that she hasn't brought a lot of the media attention on herself but I seriously cannot stomach another headline about their marriage and I am guessing that they probably feel the same way in many regards. And what about the kids? I am not a parent, so I probably shouldn't comment, but my parents' divorce was bad enough. We lived in a village, which is a bit like a tabloid in itself, so God knows what it is like for them, with everyone speculating about why their relationship ended and who said what.

I guess that it is a case of battening down the hatches and dealing with it in private or standing up and saying 'Oi!! It's not like that at all!' and then you are drawn into it again, having to explain yourself. I am not sure what I would do. I have a big mouth.

I am not saying that I don't understand why the papers are littered with 'news' about their relationship, but surely I can't be the only person who is bored of it. Can't they leave them to get on with it? Then they might actually have a chance.

At the end of the day, it's all tomorrow's chip paper anyway, isn't it...

I have always been a fan of Katie too. I actually moved to Brighton just over 3 months ago and quite often when i am out and about i will see something or someone who has been on their tv shows and it makes me feel sad that she is enduring all of this. I know people say she brought it on herself but i have to doubt that. I know media, i work in media and i know how it works, so does katie and i am sure as hell that as long as she is happy, her children are happy and that she keeps being talked about the money will keep coming in... which would sure as anything make me happy if i were her! Good luck to her! xxx

If you work in the media how come you have absolutely no grasp of grammar and punctuation?
