I'm up, rehydrating but failing to refuel. My stomach's a right old mess. I'm all weak at the knees and OH MY GOD I WANT A CIGARETTE.
Hoping a hot shower helps with all of the above. It will definitely make being near me a whole lot more bearable for everyone else. Post-race report later. Or possibly tomorrow.
Oh, yes. Also, it's just started raining.
