633 miles to go

Between now and crossing the finish line at Maderia Drive, some time after 1pm on April 18th, I have to run 633 miles. This is about 100 hours of running, with an average of 4½ miles a day.

Another one bites the dust

Just a very brief bulletin today. I've just done the second 30-minute session of this week's prgramme. After almost 4 weeks off, that's two days running and it feels great. I mean, it feels great now. The run today was purest torture. Nothing flowed, I felt fat and schlumpy and totally uncoordinated throughout.

A very brief update, as I continue to be basically glued to the spot. I'm largely over last week's nastiness, but still suffering a bit with a very sore throat.
