This is a film beyond criticism. Its a retro slasher remake. The original was hardly a classic and this one doesnt fare much better.

The real trick is in its 3D effects which are really effective. You'll be ducking as the pickaxes come flying towards you and dodging the bullets. You'll be surprised at the end that you're not covered in as much blood as most of the cast. The inventiveness in this film is all in the execution. Literally. Much like the Final Destination films, this concentrates all its creative energies in coming up with disgusting new ways to kill teenagers in front of your very eyes.

It's not really worth pulling this apart and reviewing it properly. Its not very good. But its the most fun you'll have in a cinema. I reccommend catching it if you can.
