A short but sweet addition to our family

Soon after we got Pepper, another addition to the household came along. A friend, who is also my hairdresser, sent me a picture text one day of a litter of kittens her cat has just had.

My bundle of joy

As I said in my last post, Pepper is a bundle of joy. When she first came to live with us, she had endless energy and the boys couldn't wait to get home from school to play with her. She was even a local attraction and the neighbours’ children used to knock on the door and ask if she could come out to the green at the front of the house and play!

Ladies and gentlemen, meet Pepper

Let me introduce you to my wonderful, if troublesome dog Pepper. She is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and she will be four years old in October, actually on my eldest sons birthday! My son, Troy, will be 15. My other son is called Byron and he will be 12 in August. We also have an old cat that is I guess about 18 years old now, and a two-year-old ginger tom called Biscuit.
