Lesson of the week: always check out the support act

I am loving the bright evenings at the moment - for some reason it takes you out of hibernation. Just getting home while it is light gives you lots more energy to go out and play, but after going out two nights in a row (and on a school night at that) my body is starting to slow down - thank goodness it is a four day week!

Saving the winged badger shark

Last week all plans went out the window and I spent the evenings in the pub and the days in the sun, the hail and well the pub! Brighton and Hove have great pubs to offer, and I am learning that this easily happens. I ate out in pubs such as Mistys, sat along the seafront with great views in Ohso Social and had a bit of a drunken night out in the Hope in Brighton - great times!

Roll up, roll up, it's a circus themed weekend for me!

Last week the Krater Club at Komedia was excellent- there was a great line up, it’s rare to get a night where all the acts are good, which not only happened but with each of the acts had very different styles.
