Happy New Year SEE readers. I hope you all had a good one. I have to say I think I had my best New Year’s Eve yet. I spent the usually dreaded and disappointing evening at a stunning party, wearing a great dress, drinking plenty of champagne and welcoming in the New Year with all my friends around me. What more could a girl want?

The past few weeks have been an emotional rollercoaster. One moment I’m filled with festive feeling, the next it’s being slowly washed away over the two hours it takes me to drive the two miles home from Gerrards Cross. I can’t be the only one in need of a break.
