Welcome to Street Style!

Each week we'll be trawling the streets of Brighton to find real women wearing our favourite trends.

This week shoes are number one on our hit list.

Emma: I saw trainee teacher Katy out and about on White Night and loved her footless tights teamed with these beautiful patent kitten heels. She’d found them in the back of her wardrobe that day and decided to give them an airing. Gorgeous!

Ellie: I love these purple boots! I’m not normally a fan of purple but they are so striking and really add some excitement to a simple outfit. They were given to Tati as a present so unfortunately I won’t be running straight out to grab a pair but I will be keeping my eyes peeled for something similar.

Sarah: Holly’s shoes were her Mum’s 25 years ago and they were bought from an independent store in London. I liked this girl as she made it look so effortless. You can tell that underneath the jumper and shoes is just a plain white top and a denim mini-skirt, but adding the two quirky items made the outfit her own. Original and unique, just how I think it should be.
