This week Sarah and Ellie hit the streets of Brighton to find out how everyday women dress to suit their body shapes.

Jo: "I like to wear things that make me feel comfortable. I think when you feel comfortable you can just be you.

"I like to mix things up, wear some expensive items and some cheaper items. My cardigan is from Jigsaw and the shirt is from Next."

We love the combination of the Uggs and the sunnies - it gives this outfit a real Autumn feel.

Hannah: “I prefer my legs to my stomach so they will be the first thing I show off. Tight on the bottom and baggy on the top, this is my golden rule."

We love Hannah's winter look and layering is essential as the days get colder. Boots with socks is always great for Winter - Primark and H&M have great selections. The sports bag gives this outfit a laid back feel while the black leather jacket keeps it hip and bang on trend.

Anna: "I wore this outfit as I knew I would be eating more food than usual and wanted to be comfortable."

We love that Anna is staying with the summer floral trend by teaming it with layers. This dress will be a classic for years to come and can take you well into Winter by adding leggings or jeans. Warehouse have got some fantastic coloured dresses at the moment with on-trend statement shoulders.

Lizzie: “People often compliment my big boobs, and sometimes I feel lucky to have them, but dressing can be so difficult.

"I am often jealous of my friends who can wear little strapless dresses and boob tubes, and go out without a bra. Most dresses and little tops in my size don't fit over my boobs, so I simply can't buy them.

"What works for me are simple, stretchy dresses and vests that fit over my boobs but show off my figure at the same time. Also, a slightly baggier dress or playsuit worn with a belt can be good to show the difference between my boobs and waist."
