There is no woolly thinking behind this creative design.

So-called yarn bombers have knitted covers for lampposts in New Road, Brighton, as part of Brighton Festival.

The group, called Grafik Warfare, have woven the festival logo into the creation.

Yarn bombing sees knitting enthusiasts applying crochet and patchwork to everyday objects on city streets.

The Brighton-based collective will also be decorating green media boxes around Brighton and Hove with graffiti festival logos.
