Asian-inspired healthy food chain itsu is opening its second branch outside the capital in Brighton.

With nearly 50 shops across London and two flagship restaurants in Chelsea and Notting Hill, itsu is headed by Pret a Manger founder Julian Metcalfe. The branch has appointed Sussex PR Aneela Rose to manage the launch of its shop, which opens in September.

Jo Cash, head of marketing and communications at itsu, said: “We are extremely excited to be working with Aneela Rose PR on such an important part of the brand development. “Their solid understanding of Brighton and their complete comprehension of the Eat Beautiful lifestyle itsu is promoting, made the choice very easy. “We hope this is a long-standing relationship with many more collaborations to come.”

Aneela Rose said: “We’re thrilled to be working with such an exciting brand.

“Itsu is all about a new type of food – delicious, healthy and freshly prepared for people on the go - and it’s a perfect match for the Brighton market.”
