A NEW restaurant and jazz lounge is promising to bring sexy back to Hove.

Burger and lobster restaurant SkyFall, in Church Road, Hove, is a collaboration between Guy Piper Architects and hospitality brand Barrow and Thomas Restaurants.

Lindsey Brett, from Barrow and Thomas Restaurants, said: “In this area of Hove there are a lot of culture based restaurants.

"You’ve got Thai, Indian, Chinese and Italian, but nobody has opened a British burger and lobster restaurant, we wanted to be the first.

“SkyFall is something different; it’s something unique and combined with fashionable interiors, relaxing music and exceptional food. We are bringing sexy back to Hove!”

“We’ve created a live music lounge, so rather than somewhere to go and watch an artist perform, we’ve created a space where artists perform in order to deliver background music to our customers.

"We’ve been in communication with jazz, blues and soul singers as well as supporting local artists who play instruments such as the piano, guitar and violin.”

The restaurant is using local products with glassware from Brighton Catering Supplies, meat from Rog Man Butchers and seafood from BNFS Fish.
