LEADERSHIP trainer Mind Tools has expanded into new high-tech premises.

Founded in 1996, the company has grown rapidly and now employs 40 people in Sussex and recently earned an Investors in People award.

It is now one of the world’s foremost providers of online leadership, management and career skills training, with more than 25 million users in 130 countries.

The purpose-built 4,500 sq ft office is at Pondtail Farm business park, West Grinstead, was designed to eco-friendly standards by architect Robert Thornton from West Chiltington.

The project was the result of close collaboration between the Mind Tools and the business park’s owners, Knepp Castle Estate.

Staff will enjoy stylish and fun work spaces, an outdoor leisure area, and themed meeting rooms.

Mind Tools CEO James Manktelow said: “We are very proud of our new home and I see it as a great springboard for future growth here in Sussex and globally. It gives our fabulous team an even more creative, inspiring and fun workspace.
