SERIAL entrepreneur and brand expert Linzi Boyd is the star speaker at today's Acumen Business Convention.
The author of Becoming Brand Famous: How to give your Business Celebrity Status, will explain how business leaders are spending millions on their business brand - but forgetting to build the brand of their people.
She will reveal how aligning an organisation's brand with the profile of its people will enhance the brand and open different channels to market.
Also joining the line-up is Cobra Beer founder Lord Karan Bilimoria who will tell his story of building the beer brand, leadership, entrepreneurship, and UK/India relations.
And Kevin Byrne, founder of Checkatrade, will tell how he turned an idea with no investment into a Sussex business with a turnover of £15 million that generates £2.7bn a year.
Acumen Business Convention is at The Grand Brighton and starts at 12pm. tinyurl.com/gqa4fwm
