CHEF Steven Edwards has announced the opening date for his first restaurant.
It will be a big moment for Steven Edwards, one of the youngest ever winners of MasterChef: The Professionals.
Etch, in Church Road, Hove, will launch on March 24.
He said: “The opening of etch is a very proud moment for me.
“I have found the perfect location in Brighton – the local produce available here is outstanding and I’ve loved getting to know the suppliers.
“There is already a fantastic food and drink offering in Brighton so I can’t wait to open the doors and share etch with the public now.”
Steven won Sussex Young Chef of the Year in 2010.
