SUSSEX Housing and Care has a new all-women senior management team headed up Tracy Evans as chief executive.

Tracy has more than 30 years of housing and regulatory experience.

Joining her is Sarah Roebuck as finance director, who has held a number of senior posts in healthcare, education, banking and social housing.

And new director of housing and care Amanda Hodge joins the team this week.

Amanda was previously at Wealden District Council and has nearly 30 years of housing experience including the development of new retirement living and extra care accommodation.

Tracy said: “I am delighted to have been appointed as Sussex Housing and Care’s chief executive.

“It is a privilege to lead the organisation and build on its successes including the recent good ratings of our care homes by the Care Quality Commission.

“We are looking forward to working with our residents, staff, board and stakeholders in Sussex to provide high quality services to our current and future residents.

“Our organisational focus is on older people’s services in Sussex, and we are well placed to build on the 70 years of success.”
