CHRIS Randall - the chief executive of Mayo Wynne Baxter - will be running 50 miles this year to celebrate 50 years of children’s charity Rockinghorse.

This started with the Eastbourne half-marathon which took place Sunday March 5.

Rockinghorse’s 50th year sees the launch of the Sussex Giving for Sussex Children initiative where the charity will aim to provide £500,000 worth of funding to be split between ten children’s centres and paediatric services in Sussex.

Chris said: “On a day of weirdly changeable weather, starting off in the rain, hailstones and fierce sea winds on occasion, but sunshine at other times, I managed to finish the Eastbourne race.

“The first 13 miles of the 50 miles for 50 years Rockinghorse challenge is completed and I’m looking forward to future events.
