The homes are located at:
- Hythe Crescent, Seaford (two homes)
- Headland Way, Peacehaven (three homes)
- Balcombe Road, Peacehaven (six homes)
- Rectory Close, Newhaven (five homes)
- Grassmere Court, Telscombe Cliffs (six homes).
The properties were developed by Thakeham Client.
