Centre to help families with autistic children

The Sussex Autistic Society is opening a centre for families with autistic children at Newick House School in Burgess Hill.
The centre will open on September 13 and offer help with social and life skills as well as activities such as cooking, soft-play, art and exercise.
Respite care will be on offer and a support group for parents and carers.
The society runs similar centres in Eastbourne and Rustington.
