The Western Front on Churchill Square will be hosting an outdoor live music event this Sunday in aid of Passing It On, a charity helping to build schools in Africa.
Following festivals at the venue over the past two summers, 'WEST FEST' will see a whole day of free entertainment from some of Brighton's up and coming bands.
The live music will run from 12pm until 9pm and will be followed up by DJs playing soul and funk into the early hours of bank holiday Monday.
The bands on the bill include Gypsy and the Wolf, Sweet Sweet Lies and The Wasp Factory who have all made appearances at previous Western Front festivals.
For charity information go to www.passingiton.org.uk. There will be an optional 5p donation made with every drink purchased on the day.
For additional event information phone the Western Front Bar on 01273725656
