Instead of pouring concrete into the Saltdean Lido, has nobody thought of making a frame to cover the pool and turning it into a skating rink?

This could be used for roller skating or ice skating while the weather is not suitable for swimming.

Perhaps you could come up with a business case for this and then provide the funding?
