Canning Street: last round parking consultation, ends May 19

The last chance to object to the parking proposals to put Canning Street into Zone H, which started last week, ends on May 19.

At the same time, Canning Street will become one-way westerly if the proposals go ahead and there are no objections.

Any person or business can object, for example because there will be too much displacement parking in to adjoining streets that do not have controlled parking.

Objections to the one-way element of the proposals are separate but linked. The parking cannot go ahead if the one-way proposal fails.
