Jeff Keen BLAZON BLATZOM funeral
Underground filmmaker Jeff Keen's funeral took place at St Andrew’s Church, Beddingham today. The hearse was a motorbike with side-car.
There was a reading by Dylan Thomas’s poem “The Force which through the green fuse drives the flower” and, later, a recording of Jeff reading one of this poems.
His daughter, Stella, gave the eulogy.
The Last Post was sounded outside with a champagne toast surrounded by grave stones.
There were further celebrations in All Saints Community Centre, Lewes. And there will exhibitions in the future.
Jeff Keen was aged 79 when he died in Brighton on June 21st.
